Cape Town Bodyboarding Team Trials – Event 1

Join Trial 1 of the Cape Town Bodyboarding Series!
“Kick off the year with the first Cape Town Bodyboarding trial on 21–22 March! This is your chance to dive into the action, meet riders from across Cape Town, and experience bodyboarding in a friendly, social environment. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned rider, come enjoy the waves, learn new skills, and have fun!
Tickets & Divisions:
- Click the TICKET TO RIDE button and select your division.
- Pro division: R250 | All other divisions: R200
- Want to enter an extra division? Add it for just R50.
Division rules:
- Riders aged 18–20 must compete in the Pro Division.
- Riders entering Mens, Masters or Grandmasters cannot also compete in Pro
- Trial entries close 48 hours before the event start.
- Riders must compete in at least two trials to qualify for selection to the SA Championship team.
Communications
All riders will be added to a WhatsApp group where final venue, check-in times, and first heat start times will be shared 48 hours before the trial. The Cape Peninsula offers a range of waves, from playful beach breaks to challenging slabs—something for every skill level!”
